Meeting at the Seaside
The vast and mysterious force of nature surrounds man. Before nature, man is restless and feels alone and limited. The power of the sea is infinite. We try to get to what we don’t know, to the invisible and the unreachable. Therefore, nature becomes an objective expression of man’s spirit, the landscape reflecting his turmoil. Like Nature, the individual too is made of Absolute: it’s something that belongs to us. The number One is interpreted as the single before the infinite, to which he also belongs.
